Improving the Health Status of the Community

Healthcare organizations exist to serve the communities in which they reside.  Due to the implementation of the key components of the healthcare reform by legislation, it will be even more important that provider organizations are both aware of and responsive to the health status and disease states that are most prevalent in their communities. Not only is a population-based focus the right thing to do, but it may prove to be the financially astute course of action.  Join us for a panel discussion on what others are doing to improve the health status in their community. 

Registering for this program is a two-step process. You must complete both steps to get face-to-face credits.

Step 2) You must register on the ACHE platform to complete your registration in order to have access to the login credentials for the June program. There is no additional cost associated with this second step.  A link to the ACHE Registration site will be included in your registration confirmation email.

This webinar is eligible for 1.5 ACHE Virtual Interactive Education Credits. You must attend the entire live 90-minute webinar to get Virtual Interactive Education Credits.

Listening to the recording does not count towards Virtual Interactive Education Credits, but you can earn qualified credits.

Registration closes on May 10th, at 11:59 p.m. EST and there are no refunds after this date. The webinar is limited to 100 participants per ACHE guidelines.
