Event Title: MHA CAPSTONE PRESENTATIONS

Participants will learn:

• How to utilize process mapping and stakeholder engagement and address inefficiencies in the discharge process including the development of a partnership network.
• How to investigate adolescents’ perspectives on safeguarding confidentiality and privacy during virtual healthcare sessions. 
• How to identify core challenges leaders face in virtual environments—such as weakened social cues, reduced informal interaction, motivation declines, and increased conflict—and evaluates their impact on team performance and well-being.
